Lemon sorbet

Soluble preparation for lemon sorbet flavored drink. Suitable for slush.

Employment

Pour the content of the bag into 3 liters of semi-skimmed milk UHT and mix until a homogeneous product, pour into the slush machine (to taste add vodka and/or sparkling wine).

Ingredients

Sugar, dextrose, vegetable fat, acidifier: citric acid, milk protein, sodium caseinate, emulsifier: E471, E 472 b E472e thickeners: E412, E407, E 410 flavors, lemon juice powder.
